Myofascial Release Therapy

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue which helps to eliminate pain and restore free range of motion. Fascia is the connective tissue of the body that can become restricted due to physical and emotional stresses as well as inflammation in the body. These stresses can create restrictive patterns in the body that cause pain and discomfort. Through gentle yet firm pressure, the fascia restrictions are released allowing for whole-body healing, and a restored sense of balance.

CranioSacral Therapy

Imagine living your life with more ease, less pain, and the ability to handle daily stresses more easily. If there was a healing modality that could help take away your pain and lessen your stress, would you want to give it a try? Craniosacral therapy (CST) can give you that wonderful relief. CST has been shown to alleviate a wide range of conditions including migraine headaches, chronic fatigue/Fibromyalgia, chronic neck and back pain, scoliosis, central nervous system disorders, sciatica, insomnia, TMJ, stress and tension-related problems, and a general feeling that "something is wrong". While the focus of CST is to uncover the source of the problem, symptom relief is also achieved in as little as three sessions. This extremely gentle therapy relieves pain and dysfunction and improves whole-body health and well-being.

Zero Balancing

Developed by Fritz Smith, MD in the early 1970s, Zero Balancing is a powerful body-mind therapy that uses skilled touch to address the relationship between energy and structures of the body. Zero Balancing focuses primarily on key joints of our skeleton that conduct and balance forces of gravity, posture, and movement. By addressing the deepest and densest tissues of the body along with soft tissue and energy fields, Zero Balancing helps to clear blocks in the body’s energy flow, amplify vitality and contribute to better postural alignment. A Zero Balancing session leaves you with a wonderful feeling of inner harmony and organization.

Positional Release Therapy, also known as strain-counter strain, is a form of bodywork aimed at resolving dysfunctions in a painless manner. It takes the force off the tissue to release it, unlike most other soft tissue techniques which apply force to stretch restricted fibers. This painless and delicate approach makes Positional Release Therapy suitable for treating people with acute conditions or severe pain or sensitivity.
