Hi, I'm Lynda Williams and I look forward to meeting you and becoming part of your wellness routine and journey. I first opened my Therapeutic Massage Therapy practice in 2003 in downtown Ridgefield, Ct where I was so fortunate to assist many loyal clients on their wellness journey. After almost 20 years in Connecticut, in 2020 I relocated my business to beautiful Austin, Texas. My new private practice is located within Heal, a serene, integrative Wellness Center in Rollingwood.

At Natural Bodyworks Massage, each session is always customized to your individual needs in order to bring about balance of mind, body, and spirit. By utilizing my advanced experience in a variety of Therapeutic Bodywork and Massage techniques, CranioSacral Therapy and subtle energy work, my intention is to offer an integrative, holistic approach to wellness and to meet you where you are each and every session. I am passionate about helping my clients find a new normal of feeling balanced, calm and pain free in their bodies.
